Shipping within Canada

Our mission at Stampede Tack & Western Wear is for you to receive your order in an economical and efficient manner. Our online sales store is set up to currently ship within Canada only and the following shipping information is based on Canadian domestic orders only.

  • Orders will normally be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days
  • Once processed most orders will be delivered within Canada within 3-7 business days for most urban and easily accessible areas
  • Additional shipping time and charges may be required for less urban areas, the Northern Territories and Remote Areas
  • Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service or based upon availability of Canada Post to provide that service.
  • With Canada Post Expedited Service all orders include $100 insurance and tracking.
  • Additional insurance available upon checkout by selecting Insured Service and insurance charges will be calculated into the total Shipping & Handling charges
  • If Canada Post Expedited Service is not available, the next most economical and available method will be used
  • If Canada Post Expedited Service is not available or used – all orders will be shipped with $100 insurance and tracking unless otherwise specified by the customer
  • Business Days do not included Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays
  • Please note – as an incentive to you we have made a flat rate Shipping & Handling charge for orders over $400 CDN. Some exceptions apply.

For USA and International orders we can still process orders but we will do so on an individual basis over the phone. For more details on USA and international orders, please see below.

Canadian Online Shipping Guide

After you have shopped the Stampede Tack & Western Wear Online Store and you have completed the checkout for your order it will then be sent to us for processing. Upon us receiving your order, the following will happen:

  • Your items will be prepared for shipping
  • Orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days
  • If any items on your order are out-of-stock items we will notify you and advise you of your options
  • Your items will then be shipped
  • You will be sent a confirmation email containing an invoice with your products listed and with their availability along with a total which will include applicable sales tax, the shipping and handling charges as well as tracking information for your order

Oversized & Out-of-Ordinary Orders:

Some orders may require special packaging and shipping & handling methods due to their size and nature. In these cases we will notify you of any additional charges and if any longer delivery times are expected at the time of your order confirmation.

Most items that will require additional Shipping & Handling will be identified in their item descriptions in our online store.

Pick Up Order In-Store

Upon checkout from the Stampede Tack & Western Wear Online Store you may select the PICK UP IN STORE option.

  • Use Coupon Code “pickup” during checkout
  • Allows you to just drop by the store and pick up your order
  • Saves on Shipping & Handling Charges
  • PICK UP IN STORE orders will be processed within 24 hours on business days for In Stock items
  • We will notify you and advise you of your options for Out of Stock items
  • You will be notified via email when order is processed and completed and ready for your pick up

Ship to Another Address

  • Once Paypal has verified your credit card with your correct billing address for security purposes, you will be able to select your desired Ship-To Address. Perfect for gifting.

Stampede Tack & Western Wear has taken every effort to ensure the accuracy of our website however sometimes errors or technical issues may occur and Stampede Tack & Western Wear cannot be held responsible for these instances. If these do occur Stampede Tack & Western Wear will take every measure to correct these circumstances in a timely fashion.

Delivery of your order is based upon the availability of inventory.

  • In-stock items will normally be processed and shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days (this does not include Canada Post estimated shipping times)
  • Out-of-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day from our facility once we have received the merchandise from our manufacturers or suppliers.
  • Business Days do not included Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays

Sometimes we may encounter situations outside of our control and orders may be delayed without notice. Stampede Tack & Western Wear cannot be held responsible for these. These may include but are not be limited to:

  • Shipping or production issues from the product manufacturer or supplier
  • Poor or severe weather affecting the delivery of orders
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Acts of God and/or any other unforeseen events

Shipping charges are based upon delivery to most urban areas and there may be additional charges for out-of-ordinary locations. Shipping charges may be subject to change based on the delivery address and the shipping method. As previously noted, additional shipping time and charges may apply to the less urban areas, the Northern Territories and Remote Areas because of logistical constraints.

If a product happens to become unreasonably delayed or become unavailable by the expected ship date or it is cancelled or discontinued by the manufacturer or supplier you will be notified via email and the order will be cancelled.

Once your order is shipped from our facility you will receive the tracking number and you may track it at www.canadapost.ca

USA & International Orders

At this time Stampede Tack & Western Wear’s Online Store is only set up for orders that are placed and shipped within Canada.

Due to the logistics of International shipping which include Local Customs Fees, Local Import Fees and Brokerage Fees we cannot process these orders via our online store.

USA or International orders may be possible but we reserve the right to handle each order on an individual basis via phone.

Return Policies

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in original condition with the sales and product tags intact and with a receipt or copy of the original sales receipt.

Returns after 30 days are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. We do not accept any returns that are worn, altered, laundered or a damaged through abuse/misuse or have been used in anyway which is not considered a normal manner. We do not credit shipping and handling charges and the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges. Refunds will only be made on to the original purchasers' credit card.

We do not accept returns that are COD's or that are COLLECT by Courier or Greyhound Courier.

Returns may be made directly by bringing the item to the store, if possible.

Returns made within British Columbia may be made by sending your return via Greyhound Courier, prepaid, to the Langley, B.C. Bus Depot. Or if you wish you may send your return via Canada Post to our store address. Please see our contact us page for our correct mailing address. Please ship your returns via prepaid, fully insured mail. Insuring your return will allow you to track your parcel with Canada Post at www.canadapost.ca

You may also send your return back via Courier but it must be prepaid.

If you are returning your purchase for an exchange of product, we will contact you for payment and your desired method of return shipping.

If you choose to send it by Greyhound Courier, please ensure that it is delivered prepaid to the Langley, B.C. Bus Depot.

If you are returning your purchase for an exchange of product, we will contact you for payment and your desired method of return shipping.

Returns made from outside of Canada should be returned via prepaid, fully insured Air Mail. Insuring your return will allow you to track your parcel. To avoid possible delays, please write "CANADIAN GOODS BEING RETURNED" on the outside of your parcel.

Please Do Not Return your items by UPS or another courier as they will charge duty, brokerage, taxes and/or customs charges and Stampede Tack & Western Wear will refuse your return. If possible, please contact your local customs office for information concerning any of the additional charges that may apply to a returned shipment.

If you are returning your purchase for an exchange of product, we will contact you for the payment of and your desired method of return shipping.

In the event you are returning worn or defective merchandise you may return it to us for evaluation. Please contact us for the options available to you in order to return the item for evaluation.

All items sold by Stampede Tack & Western Wear are warranted by the manufacturer (length of warranty will vary by product and/or manufacturer) to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Stampede Tack & Western Wear reserves the right to return the item to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Upon evaluation, both Stampede Tack & Western Wear and the manufacturer have the option to issue a full credit, partial credit, repair the item or replace the item. Neither Stampede Tack & Western Wear nor the manufacturer warrants merchandise that has been damaged due to customer neglect, abuse or misuse.
